i like wearing the blazer with sleeves folded up for a less formal look, this also forms a “satin cuff”. the lapels are also satin, very chic indeed! this piece is very versatile, so you can wear it as you would wear a blazer to work, and then roll up the sleeves for a good night of partying after hours!
great when paired with a pair of denim shorts and a simple tank top too!

you know how this whole blazer thing is just so hot right now? i finally pulled out one of my old favourites! my floral blazer that i got years ago… i was actually contemplating selling it. not anymore! :P

the crazy chix was yummy but a tad dry, the fish and chips were awesome! the batter was perfect and the fish wasn’t fishy at all! you know what i mean!
the ice cream was good but i didn’t quite like the cake. it tasted a little funny… :S
but a good meal nonetheless!
oh gosh time to run again! meeting with the 1 or 8 boys, packing and final preps for friday’s event! tooodles everyone!

last week was seriously, INSANE! i can’t even remember what i actually did cos the entire week just flew by… so, let me do abit of a recap before i totally lose track of everything… i know someone invaded my room on wednesday…
she suddenly called to ask if i was home and said she wanted to come over cos she was bored. in the end my room got “raided” lol.
left : that’s her (we were at a traffic stop) with the two rings i customised for her… one that says “i’m manja” and the other one that says “sayang me?”
right : familiar? my handmade peony flower clips… she was trying to convince me to wear it out that day. didn’t happen.
oh and this is her sister’s ring. Sabrina i want photos!
what to do? i do customisations, no questions asked. you’ll get what you ask for! haha!
ohwell, moving on! as i was saying… i spent practically the entire week designing stickers for print, confirming sponsors, media partner (RAZOR TV), meeting with our sponsors and i’m basically going nuts… and i had a last minute interview request, and it was hard to say no cos she’s a long time “follower”. since i started “theweekenddesigner” yearsssss ago!
come to think of it, we were “camping” at starbucks for like… 4 hours? at least? showed the boys what i came up with to see if it was feasible… and it was YES all around!

okay, i can’t remember specifically what else i did until the weekend… so skip skip skip.
on friday i started working on the pins…
and believe it or not, i just completed all these today. (well technically yesterday – saturday)
every single piece was hand drawn, hand cut, shrunk, you get the picture. after all that, you’d think i’d be dead beat and just wanna crash, right?
i just made a whole load of perler bead stuff, and i am so so so loving this one!
i don’t think there is a purple pacman character… but it’s just soooo adorable! (and super-sized! it’s actually pretty small already!)
oh well, that’s just one of the many new pieces i have in store. i made pandas and ninjas too! hopefully i have time to update in the day before i run out again. okay, it’s 330am and it’s pouring cats and dogs, about half an hour ago i saw lightning come into my room! sheeeesh!

I myself haven’t gotten hold of the september issue, but from what i’ve heard… it still looks like me, just with a whole lot more makeup piled on… I have photos to prove it.

it was actually daniel’s birthday on the day of the shoot, we didn’t get to see him in person, but we did leave him a birthday note telling him we wouldn’t date him. haha! now i wonder if kamei actually gave it to him…
that’s about all, some photos are just duplicates and we didn’t really take very many photos while we were shooting… and would you believe, they didn’t want me to take off the jacket cos.. well.. they said im too skinny!
trust me, you’ll never catch me with this much make up on again… not in a million yearssss! (i hope)
